Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Solo 212 7L Manual Pressure Sprayer used for?
The Solo 212 7L Manual Pressure Sprayer is designed for applying herbicides, pesticides, fertilisers, wetting agents and general garden and lawn care liquids. It is commonly used for spot spraying weeds and treating garden beds.
How does the Solo 212 pressure sprayer work?
The Solo 212 uses a manual pump system to build pressure inside the tank. Once pressurised, the liquid is delivered through the hose and spray wand in a controlled stream or fine spray, allowing for even application across targeted areas.
What capacity is the Solo 212 sprayer?
The Solo 212 has a 7-litre tank capacity, making it ideal for small to medium lawn and garden applications while still being lightweight enough for comfortable handheld use.
Is the Solo 212 suitable for herbicides?
Yes, the Solo 212 is suitable for applying most common lawn herbicides, including selective broadleaf weed killers and non-selective herbicides for spot treatment. Always follow chemical label instructions for correct mixing rates and safety.
How do you clean the Solo 212 pressure sprayer?
After use, empty the tank and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Flush the hose, wand and nozzle to remove chemical residue. Regular cleaning helps prevent blockages and extends the life of the sprayer.
What are the benefits of a manual pressure sprayer over a battery sprayer?
Manual pressure sprayers like the Solo 212 are lightweight, simple to maintain, and do not require charging. They are often preferred for smaller jobs, precise spot spraying, and situations where battery-powered equipment is not required.
Sick of substandard imports of poor quality, then look no further these pressure sprayers are built to last, Cheers BGL nice work
Sorry.I got the sprayer and the nozzle mixed uo. Both are well worth having. The wide nozzle made the spraying very quick and the sprayer was very easy to mnage in a carry bag.
An excellent piece of equipment that gets the job done. The only improvement would be to add some padding to the shoulder strap.
