Post & Pre-Emergent Weed Control Bundle
Most lawn owners only treat weeds once they can already see them, by which point the infestation is established and seed has already spread. This bundle fixes both problems with a post and pre-emergent herbicide.
Bow & Arrow takes care of what's already in your lawn. It kills existing broadleaf weeds like bindii, clover, oxalis and capeweed at the root, not just the leaf. Spartan then lays down a pre-emergent barrier that stops the next flush of wintergrass and summer grass from ever germinating, giving you up to 6 months of protection.
Together they cover both ends of weed control: post-emergent treatment now, pre-emergent prevention for the season ahead. It's the same two-product system used by professional turf managers across Australia.
What's in the Bundle
Bow & Arrow 500ml - Post-Emergent Broadleaf Herbicide
A selective herbicide containing MCPA, Clopyralid and Diflufenican. Unlike fast-acting herbicides that burn the leaf but leave the root system intact, Bow & Arrow works systemically moving through the plant to kill the weed completely with no regrowth. Safe on Buffalo, Couch, Kikuyu and Zoysia when used at the correct rate.

Spartan - Pre-Emergent Grass Herbicide
A pre-emergent herbicide that creates a soil barrier preventing annual grass weeds from germinating. Apply it after treating with Bow & Arrow to lock in a weed-free lawn for the season ahead. Effective against Wintergrass, Summer Grass, Crabgrass, Crowsfoot Grass, African Lovegrass and Parramatta Grass.

- Flexibility to delay wash-in by a few days if needed
Which Lawn Types is This Bundle Safe On?
Safe on Kikuyu, Couch, Carpet Grass and Queensland Blue Couch. Buffalo growers should test a small area first as varietal differences in some Buffalo cultivars (e.g. ST85) can cause more pronounced effects. If temporary discolouration occurs, a liquid iron product such as Vigorous Growth will help restore colour.

So far used products on multiple properties with a variety of effective results in particular I’ve previously had better results with Cheaper Bunnings sourced product. For now though will definitely persist with this product.
